We recognize our responsibility to provide the safest work environment possible for our employees and everyone on the job site. Safety management starts with preconstruction planning and is continuous through completion. We provide site-specific orientation on each project for all workers. Our superintendent provides daily oversight and our safety managers inspect each project weekly at a minimum. We also conduct regular meetings focusing on safety and training.
Every Congleton-Hacker project manager, project engineer and project superintendent is OSHA-30 certified, has Red Cross First Aid and CPR training, and has KSHE Infection Control training. A safe work environment is a way of life and a serious management function that gets attention from everyone in our company.
