Jake’s Cigar Bar was a perfect storm of owner-architect-contractor design assist collaboration resulting in interesting and unique construction material usage for the 5,550 SF building.  The project utilized wood flooring that was made from reclaimed lumber out of a recently demolished bourbon rick house and exotic woods used for the custom-built humidor.  Jake’s also has exterior gathering spaces that are framed with cedar lined soffits and siding to provide a nice aromatic gathering space for customers.
